Abstract

Am 6.11.98 ist der Philosoph und Jurist Niklas Luhmann im Alter von 71 Jahren gestorben. Jahrzehntelang rieb er sich in seiner Theorie an dem Philosophen Jürgen Habermas. Beide trafen in den studentenbewegten Zeiten Anfang der 70er Jahre in Frankfurt a.M. aufeinander. Den an der Universität Hannover lehrenden Wissenschaftler Detlef Horster reizte dies zu einem 'virtuellen Gespräch' zwischen den beiden. Das 'Gespräch' dokumentieren wir vorab aus dem Buch 'Jürgen Habermas zur Einführung', das im April 1999 im Junius-Verlag erscheint
