Abstract
Die vorliegenden Definitionen von Knowledge Management (KM) sind vielfältig, ja widersprüchlich. Es wird eine weitere - interdisziplinäre - Definition vorgeschlagen. Darauf aufbauend wird KM im Spannungsfeld von Human Ressources und Unternehmensorganisation diskutiert. Die neu entstehenden Berufsbilder werden hierbei ebenso skizziert wie die Einführungsstrategien einzelner Unternehmen. Daran schliessen sich Lösungsansätze und Funktionalitäten von KM-Technologien an. Neue Anbieter und Produkte des KM-Marktes werden vorgestellt. Die Autoren erörtern strategische Aspekte zur Einführung von Knowledge-Management-Systemen (KMS) und geben einen Ausblick auf künftige Entwicklungen
