Abstract

After recalling the logic of the design and functionality of information systems, we describe our approach which takes into account the pragmatic side of information and aims at analyzing the informational practices of an operator (or group) during his (its) professional activity. We present an activity-based example, making bylaws; we then, attempt an initial modeling of this activity in order to design a guiding and assisting information management software tool
