Abstract

Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der computervermittelten Kommunikation von Wissen als Voraussetzung eines erfolgreichen Wissensmanagements. Dabei stehen Kommunikationsprozesse und die Wahl der Medien im Mittelpunkt. Als theoretischer Hintergrund werden Theorien vorgestellt, die diese Auswahl begründen. Der Artikel stellt vor allem die Theorie der Mediensynchronizität vor.
