Abstract
Geistvoll und bissig entlarvt der Konstanzer Philosoph Hubert Schleichert mit Hilfe der Logik jene zweifelhaften Redestrategien, derer sich Ideologen und Fanatiker aller Glaubensrichtungen, aber auch der gemeine Feld-, Wald- und Wiesenpolitiker gerne bedient. Ei- zeigt, mit welchen Scheinargumenten, dubiosen Gleichsetzungen, unausgesprochenen Voraussetzungen und ähnlichen Tricks sie arbeiten, wenn sie uns wieder einmal ein X für ein U vormachen wollen. Der Autor beschränkt sich trotz seines satirischen Schreibstils nicht auf eine einfache Polemik: Er vermittelt Basiswissen des Argumentierens. Leserinnen und Leser erwartet ein ebenso unterhaltsames wie lehrreiches philosophisches Lektürevergnügen - ein im besten Sinne subversives Buch, wie es wohl nur ein Wiener schreiben kann.
