Abstract

Ein Konzept wird entwickelt für ein EDV-unterstützte Erfassung unterschiedlicher Medientypen durch ein Datenbank-Management-System [DBMS]: Nach Anlass, Zielsetzung und Vorgehensweise werden Zustand des Archivs und Ziel-Konzept beschrieben, es folgen Auswahl und Einrichtung des DBMS, Nachweise zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen und Maßnahmen zur Archivorganisation.
