Abstract

Mit dem wachsenden Innovationsdruck in "Lernenden Organisationen" - dazu gehören Verwaltungen ebenso wie Unternehmen - werden Sonderaufgaben immer häufiger in Projektform abgewickelt. Die erfolgreiche Bewältigung komplexer Probleme innerhalb fester Zeitvorgaben ist abhängig von der Effizienz der Planung, der Zielformulierung, der Moderation und der Konfliktbewältigung im Prozess der Projektabwicklung. Die Konzeption des von der Universität Lüneburg angebotenen Online-Kurses ,Projektmanagement" ist daher ausdrücklich ganzheitlich ausgerichtet: Neben methodischen Techniken und Verfahren der Projektabwicklung werden vor allem interaktive Aspekte der Kommunikation und Konfliktbewältigung behandelt. Während 12 Wochen bearbeiten die Teilnehmenden den überwiegenden Teil ihrer Aufgaben in Arbeitsgruppen in Form asynchroner computergestützter Kommunikation (Diskussionen, problemorientiertes Arbeiten mit realen bzw. realitätsnahen Fallbeispielen). Sie durchleben auf diese Weise wichtige Phasen, die realen Managementprozessen nachempfunden sind. Als telemediale Lernumgebung dient Lotus Notes Learning Space, das im Rahmen des Projekts "Virtuelle Lernräume im Studium (ViLeS)" entwickelt wurde.
