Content: "Lieber Herr Dr. Bredemeier, ... Dandelon.com: wir haben den Sprung in vier Staaten in 2004 geschafft und setzen jetzt auf Italien und Dänemark an. Kurz vor Weihnachten haben wir, genauer die Vorarlberger Landesbibliothek in Bregenz, mit unserem intelligentCAPTURE die ersten 60.000 Artikel über Swets gespidert und maschinell erschlossen. Sehen darf man den Volltext aber nur, wenn man subskribiert hat - derzeit gilt dies in der Landesbibliothek in Bregenz. Die Daten von allen Springer-Büchern haben wir gerade übernommen, bis zur Freischaltung wird es wohl Februar werden - wenige Programmierungen sind noch zu machen. Wir erhalten von Springer die Coverpages, Beschreibungen, Inhaltsverzeichnisse, Rückseitentext - genau das gleiche wie Amazon. Eines der nächsten Highlights wird der zwanzigsprachige EUROVOC werden, der die Recherche automatisch ergänzt, die Verträge sind fertig, nur unsere Personalkapazitäten reichten noch nicht dafür aus, weil wir ja auch noch Geld verdienen müssen. Im Frühjahr wird die maschinelle Indexierung von französischen und italienischen Texten freigegeben und Deutsch und Englisch in einer weiter verbesserten Version bereitstehen."
