Abstract

Ausgangspunkt des Münchener Wissensmanagement-Modells ist die Zielrichtung des Lernens sowie die Vorstellung von Wissen als einem variablen Zustand zwischen Information und Handeln. Wissensmanagement umschreibt im Münchener Modell den Versuch, Wissensbewegungen zwischen Information und Handeln so zu gestalten, dass konkrete Probleme und Situationen zielbezogen bewältigt werden können, es verkörpert eine neue Enstellung gegenüber Wissen und Wissensträgern sowie eine neue Kultur im Umgang mit diesen und ermöglicht eine Integration des technisch orientierten Informationsmanagements mit dem Human Ressource-orientierten Kompetenzmanagement. Mit den vier Phänomenbereichen Wissensrepräsentation, -nutzung, -kommunikation und -generierung will das Münchener Modell psychologische, organisationale und technische Aufgaben des Wissensmanagement konzeptgeleitet aufeinander beziehen. Communities bilden die Keimzelle des Wissensmanagements und verstärken die Integrationsfunktion des Modells.
