Abstract
Die Arbeitswelt zukünftiger Wissensarbeiter wird in zunehmendem Maße durch die Dimensionen Mobilität, Verteiltheit und Kollaboration, sowie explizite Einbettung in Arbeitsziele und Prozesse charakterisiert. Die Anforderungen flexibler, räumlich und zeitlich verteilter. ggf. globaler Arbeitsorganisation einerseits und die technischen Möglichkeiten moderner Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik andererseits führen zu völlig neuen Formen der kooperativen, verteilten und ad hoc organisierten Problemlösung. Wir identifizieren die Herausforderungen und präsentieren die Techniken des Semantic Web als eine erfolgversprechende Basis für deren Lösung.
