Abstract
Wissensvernetzung ist mehr als Verknüpfung von Daten und Informationen - ein Aspekt, der in vielen Unternehmen bisher zu kurz gekommen ist. 'Wissensmanagement kostet viel und bringt uns nichts' lautet dann das voreilige Urteil. Die Herausforderungen reichen deutlich weiter: Projekte der Produktentwicklung schneller und erfolgreicher zu machen bedeutet, Experten-Wissen sowohl durch die Organisation als auch durch geeignete Methoden zu vernetzen. Dieses Buch liefert Ideen und Hinweise für die Gestaltung der Wissensvernetzung und zeigt anhand von fünf Unternehmens-Beispielen, welche Erfahrungen und Erfolge damit in der Praxis erreicht wurden. Verständlich und praxisorientiert geschrieben, vermittelt das Buch dem Leser, wie im Zusammenspiel von Mensch und Organisation mehr Wissen durch Kommunizierendes Lernen generiert werden kann und durch Wissenspromotoren besser vernetzt wird.
