Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek hat die 5. RSWK-Ergänzungslieferung zur 3., überarbeiteten und erweiterten Auflage der "Regeln für den Schlagwortkatalog (RSWK)" veröffentlicht. Diese Ergänzungslieferung steht in elektronischer Form kostenfrei zur Verfügung <http://www.d-nb.de/Standardisierung/regelwerke/afs_dok_reg_entw.htm> <http://nbn-resolving.de/urn/resolver.pl?urn=urn:nbn:de:101-2009041603> Die Ergänzungslieferung enthält u.a. Änderungen an § 306a (hier wird zukünftig der Bereich der biologischen Nomenklatur auch durch die Vergabe von Oberbegriffen in das hierarchische Netz eingebunden), § 418.3 (Fortfall der Ausnahmeregelungen für Rechtsnormen und wissenschaftliche Werke) sowie redaktionelle Anpassungen auf Grund früherer RSWK-Änderungen. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde auch die Gesamtausgabe der RSWK in elektronischer Form auf den Stand der 5. Ergänzungslieferung gebracht. November 2007 bzw. 10. Juni 2008 beschlossen und anschließend dem Standardisierungsausschuss vorgelegt. Der Standardisierungsausschuss hat im November 2008 einer Veröffentlichung und Inkraftsetzung zugestimmt. Sie können die Papierausgabe des Grundwerks sowie die Ergänzungslieferung 1 - 4 zur 3.
