Abstract

Die Frage, welche die Autoren dieses Buches leitet, ist: Welche Formen der Erzeugung und Nutzung von Wissen setzen Personen und Organisationen in die Lage, Lernen und Innovationsfähigkeit zu Kernkompetenzen zu gestalten?
