Abstract

Mitte Juni soll die langersehnte "Corona-Warn-App" in Deutschland veröffentlicht werden. Was bislang bekannt ist, welche Daten erhoben werden, warum es so lange dauerte - ein Überblick.

... "Jedes Mobiltelefon mit installierter und aktivierter App soll sich über Bluetooth automatisch mit Geräten in seiner Nähe verbinden. Dazu soll über die Signalstärke die Entfernung zwischen zwei Smartphones ermittelt werden, und zugleich sollen die Handys bei einer engen Begegnung per Bluetooth anonyme ID-Schlüssel, sogenannte Kurzzeit-Identifikationsnummern, austauschen. Wird ein Nutzer positiv auf Covid-19 getestet und dieser Status in der App erfasst, werden die anderen betroffenen Anwender darüber informiert, dass sie sich in der Vergangenheit in der Nähe einer infizierten Person aufgehalten haben. Für diese Nutzer wird zugleich eine persönliche "Risikostufe für eine Infektion" mitgeteilt." ...
