Abstract

Cataloguing conventions are constantly changing and to compound the problem, dissemination of information regarding these changes occurs via several different channels and sources. Cataloguers must manage this stream of information in order to comply with cataloguing conventions. Merely making this information available online is insufficient to improve the management of this information. Explores the applicability of hypertext to the management of information about cataloguing conventions
