Abstract

Durch die zunehmende Bedeutung der Information und der damit einhergehenden Forderung nach Transparenz und Flexibilität werden viele konventionell arbeitenden Büros bei gleichzeitig steigender Papierflut mit weitreichenden Problemen konfrontiert. Aufgrund erhöhter Personalkosten und schwacher Konjunkturlage ist es darüber hinaus erforderlich, Bürokapazitäten effizienter zu nutzen. Um neue Organisationsmethoden im Büro, wie die Gruppenarbeit sinnvoll zu unterstützen, müssen angepaßte Anforderungen an die einzusetzenden EDV-Systeme gestellt werden
