Abstract
Die folgenden Ausführungen befassen sich mit der Beantwortung der Frage, welche Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten von an Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen tätigen Fachkräften zukünftig erwartet werden müssen. Hierbei konzentrieren sich die Ausführungen im wesentlichen auf den Bereich von Firmenbibliotheken, doch ist sicherlich auch eine Übertragung auf Spezialbibliotheken im allgemeinen denkbar
