Abstract

The University of Toledo's Carson Library operates a network of over 70 microcomputer workstations. These workstations accomodate a variety of library functions and provide access to the virtual library. Carlson Library has aimed for transparency in configuring Windows-based workstations for both staff and public services functions. Describes the workstations most important functions. The workstations are customized the users' needs as is user training
