    Abstract
    Die Recherche in Datenbanken, ob online erreichbar oder auf CD-ROM, ob in Volltext-, Hinweis-, oder Faktendatenbanken, läßt als mehr oder weniger komplizierte Output-Operation leicht vergessen, daß für den Erfolg der Informationssuche Aktivitäten am anderen Ende, nämlich auf der Input-Seite der Datenbanken, nicht minder bedeutsam sind. Oft wird übersehen, was alles getan werden muß, bevor eine Dokumentationseinheit retrievalfähig eingespeichert ist
