- Reports results of a questionnaire survey to assess the impact of CD-ROMs on reference information services in Ghanaian libraries, how they are being used, to what extent and their advantages and disadvantages. Concludes that, although CD-ROM appear to be beneficial to reference services, there are various problems in their use in information services in general.
