- Any information manager has to make decisions about the purchase of online, CD-ROM and Internet services, but in order to do this must decide how to incorporate these different elements into a cohesive package for the provision of data. Looks at the advantages and disadvantages of each medium and argues that by using a combination of approaches it is possible to provide flexibility, ease of use and access in a cost effective way.
