- Presents basic considerations relating to user training specifically for the Internet. Reports relevant findings of a survey of Internet users, noting some of the most obvious shortcomings of Internet information resources and the way they are organized in light of the changing role of the New Information Professional especially as concerns quality improvements of Internet information.
