    Abstract
    After considerable delay, occasioned by the great variety of establishments to be consulted, the French agency AFNOR has produced a standard for fixed images. Its great flexibility allows for both a range of levels and types of treatment. The basic distinction made between a work and individual copies is especially suited to multiple copies produced from a single matrix
