- First experiences with OCLC's LS/2000 on-line public access catalogues (OPAC), at Newcastle upon Tyne University Library have been reported (see Program 20(1986) no.2, S.151-163). Presents a brief account of the different modes of help available to users of LS/2000 and the Network OPAC (developed by Cambridge University Library using its CATS software), and statistics about the use of these 2 systems
