- Abstract
- Informationsverarbeitungscontrolling (IV-Controlling) wird in einer Vielzahl wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten diskutiert, doch fehlen in den meisten Fällen Vorschläge für Implementierung und Anwendung in der Praxis. Das Rahmenkonzept eines IV-Controlling mit der besonderen Betonung auf Implementierungsphase und wirtschaftlichen Prozeßabläufen bietet eine Reihe von Werkzeugen für den Einsatz im Informationsmanagement.
