Covers: system requirements, scope, coverage and overlap, data collection, data structure, saerchable indexes, subject indexing, special indexes, record content, searching power, ease of use, output capabilities, terms of availability, documentation, help and technical support, and related information products. Concludes that neither product has a fatal flaw of any sort, each has its own special strenghts, one or more of which may provide the basis for preferring one over the other
