    Abstract
    The World Wide Web (WWW) is a network hypertext program developed at CERN. Mosaic is a graphical interface to text, sound and images from the Internet. By the end of 1994 it will be able to handle interactive froms and hot spots on images and will be backwards compatible with HTML files.
