    Abstract
    Presents a brief state of the art review of techniques for the evaluation of CD-ROMs and CD-ROM software. The aim of the work was to build on this earlier work and create a detailed CD-ROM evaluation form incorporating a simplified rating scale and the CD-ROM Consistent Interface Guidelines proposed by SIGCAT
