- Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek veröffentlicht auf ihrer Website die Aktualisierung 2007 der RAK-Musik-Anlage M 9 "Maßgebliche Werkverzeichnisse und Zählweise der Werke in Einheitssachtiteln" in elektronischer Form <http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:101-2007072726>. Die Aktualisierung steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Sie kann doppelseitig ausgedruckt und in die Loseblattausgabe der RAK-Musik-Ausgabe 2003 eingelegt werden. Die mitgelieferten Anlagen M 4c bis 8 und M 10 sind nicht verändert worden und nur aufgrund der Doppelseiten im Umfang enthalten. Über die in der Aktualisierung 2007 umgesetzten Änderungen haben die Musikabteilungen der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin Preußischer Kulturbesitz und der Bayerischen Staatsbibliothek München sowie das Deutsche Musikarchiv der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek Einvernehmen erzielt. Der Standardisierungsausschuss hat in einem Umlaufverfahren im November 2007 einer Veröffentlichung und Inkraftsetzung zugestimmt. Für die Aktualisierung 2007 sind neue Werkverzeichnisse von Cajkovskij, Kalliwoda und Scheidt sowie eine neuere Auflage des Werkverzeichnisses von Martinu aufgenommen worden. Die Aktualisierung 2007 ersetzt die Aktualisierung aus dem Vorjahr. Vorschläge für die jährlich geplanten Aktualisierungen dieser Anlage nimmt die Arbeitsstelle für Standardisierung gerne entgegen. Der Aktualisierung 2007 wünschen wir eine gute Aufnahme in der Fachöffentlichkeit.

Für die Aktualisierung 2007 sind neue Werkverzeichnisse von Cajkovskij, Kalliwoda und Scheidt sowie eine neuere Auflage des Werkverzeichnisses von Martinu aufgenommen worden. Die Aktualisierung 2007 ersetzt die Aktualisierung aus dem Vorjahr. Vorschläge für die jährlich geplanten Aktualisierungen dieser Anlage nimmt die Arbeitsstelle für Standardisierung gerne entgegen.

- "Die Deutsche Bibliothek veröffentlicht auf ihrer Website die Aktualisierung 2005 der RAK-Musik-Anlage M 9 "Maßgebliche Werkverzeichnisse und Zählweise der Werke in Einheitssachtiteln" in elektronischer Form <http://nbn-resolving.de /urn:nbn:de:1111-2004072182>. Die Aktualisierung 2005 steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Seiten 113 und 124 sind nur aus technischen Gründen enthalten, um einen doppelseitigen Ausdruck der Anlage M 9 zu ermöglichen, welcher in die Loseblattausgabe eingelegt werden kann. Die "Regeln für die alphabetische Katalogisierung von Ausgaben musikalischer Werke" (revidierte Ausgabe 2003) wurden 2004 veröffentlicht und enthielten eine aktualisierte Anlage M 9. Die Arbeitsstelle für Standardisierung hat den vielfach geäußerten Wunsch gerne aufgenommen, diese für Einheitssachttitel besonders wichtige Anlage zukünftig bei Bedarf schneller aktualisieren und anbieten zu können. Es ist geplant, Anlage M 9 in regelmäßigen Abständen etwa jährlich zu aktualisieren. Anträge und Vorschläge nimmt die Arbeitsstelle für Standardisierung gerne entgegen. Die Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Preußischer Kulturbesitz, die Bayerische Staatsbibliothek und das Deutsche Musikarchiv Berlin haben nach einer Sichtung und Prüfung vorliegender Anträge und Vorschläge Einvernehmen über die Änderungen für die Aktualisierung 2005 erzielt. Einige Vorschläge für neu aufzunehmende Werkverzeichnisse werden für die Aktualisierung 2006 zur Prüfung vorgemerkt, da die Werkverzeichnisse erst beschafft werden müssen. Ein Antrag, die Vokalwerke von Telemann mit TVWV statt wie bisher TWV zu kennzeichnen, ist von der Arbeitsgruppe nicht befürwortet worden. Zwei neue Verzeichnisse (Fibich und Skrjabin) und neuere Auflagen (Sostakovic und Zelenka) sind aufgenommen worden. Die Zählung bei Scarlatti ist ergänzt um "/Jahr". Das 2004 aufgenommene Werkverzeichnis von Grieg ist gestrichen worden, da "Musik in Geschichte und Gegenwart" (MGG) den dort enthaltenen knappen Informationen vorgezogen wird. Der Standardisierungsausschuss hat in einem Umlaufverfahren im Herbst 2005 seine Zustimmung zu einer Veröffentlichung und Inkraftsetzung der Aktualisierung 2005 der RAK-Musik-Anlage M 9 erteilt."
