- Abstract
- Ausbildung, kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und praktische Erfahrungen schaffen eine solide Grundlage für die Bewältigung von Wandlungsprozessen. Um den Anforderungen des Wandels gerecht zu werden, sind jedoch Anpassungsangebote notwendig. Die Präsenzangebote in Form von Inhouse-Trainingsprogrammen werden heute immer häufiger durch das Lernmedium Computer verdrängt. Auf diese Weise können durch individuelles Training bei freier Zeiteinteilung Defizite kompensiert werden. Die Vorteile beider Strategien führen zum Thema Lernen im Netz. Hierzu werden in diesem Beitrag einige wichtige Entwicklungslinien nachgezeichnet
