Die Beiträge behandeln aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln einen durch die Begriffe Sozialwissenschaft-Informatik-Information abgegrenzten, interdisziplinären Themenkomplex. Der Information Highway - quasi das Internet im Endausbau - transportiert beliebige Inhalte ungeachtet aller Ländergrenzen an jeden gewünschten Punkt der Erde. Diese bereitet aus juristischer Sicht enorme Probleme.
