    Elektronisches Publizieren - das bedeutet nicht nur Veränderung der Techniken zur Erstellung von Publikationen, sondern auch veränderte Produkte und Angebotsformen. Davon sind alle betroffen, die mit Publikationen zu tun haben: Produzenten, Distributoren oder Konsumenten.
