- Abstract
- In der boomenden Multimedia-Branche ist Qualität zunehmend ein wichtiger Differenzierungsfaktor. Das Buch verdeutlicht anhand der gebräuchlichsten Multimedia-Anwendungen, was unter dem Begriff Qualität zu verstehen ist, und wie sie von führenden Unternehmen der Branche bei verschiedenen Produktionen bereits erzielt wird. Das Buch gibt Anregungen für die Anwendbarkeit und Chancen der Zertifizierung nach ISO 9000 ff im Bereich der Multimedia-Produktion.
