    Abstract
    Das wissenschaftliche Verlagswesen befindet sich im Umbruch. Verlage, Buchhandlungen und Bibliotheken definieren ihre Rolle in der Wissensgesellschaft neu. Unter dem Titel Wissenschaftspublikation im digitalen Zeitalter haben der Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels, die Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Bibliotheksverbände und Die Deutsche Bibliothek auf einem Symposium eine Bestandsaufnahme vorgenommen.
