    Der Information Highway - quasi das Internet im Endausbau - transportiert beliebige Inhalte ungeachtet aller Ländergrenzen an jeden gewünschten Punkt der Erde. Diese bereitet aus juristischer Sicht enorme Probleme. Denn ab geeignetem Standort lassen sich unautorisiert mit weltweiter Wirkung urheberrechtlich geschützte Werke einspeisen, unkontrolliert bewillingungspflichtige Finanzgeschäfte tätigen, sensible Personendaten generieren oder kriminelle Taten anonym begehen. Macht der Information highway das geltende Recht zur Farce?
