    Abstract
    Der Beitrag skizziert vor dem Hintergrund handlungstheoretischer Grundlagen ein Modell der Kompetenzen für die Aneignung sozialer Medien, das sowohl auf die Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten der Nutzenden Bezug nimmt als auch aktuelle Herausforderungen für eine adäquate Medienkompetenzförderung berücksichtigt. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt ist, dass Menschen nicht von vornherein die notwendigen Fähigkeiten für den Umgang mit Medien besitzen, sondern diese sukzessive im Umgang mit Medien entwickeln und durch Anregung von "außen", d.?h. aus ihrem sozialen und erzieherischen Umfeld, Anstöße für die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Fähigkeiten erhalten. Herausgearbeitet wird, welche Fähigkeiten entwickelt werden müssen, um in einer vernetzten und digitalisierten Welt, in der soziale Medien zunehmend zu Dreh- und Angelpunkten des Kommunikationsverhaltens werden, ihr Leben souverän gestalten zu können.

    Abstract
    Die Aneignung von Wissen in frei zugänglichen elektronischen Ausbildungsumgebungen ohne Personalisierungsverfahren ist geprägt durch starkes Eigenengagement des Lernenden. Personalisierungsverfahren stellen für viele Nutzer eine Einstiegsbarriere dar. Aufgrund fehlender Nutzerdaten können die Werkzeuge innerhalb der Plattformen kaum sinnvolle, individuelle Lernpfade dynamisch generieren. Das FIZ CHEMIE geht im Rahmen einer Forschungskooperation den Fragestellungen nach, ob durch den Einsatz semantischer Verfahren geeignete Recommender-Systeme in nicht personalisierenden Lernumgebungen aufgebaut und optimiert werden können, bzw. mit welchen, an eine frei zugängliche Lernplattform angliederbaren Mehrwertdiensten für den Nutzer individuelle Daten gesammelt werden können, die auf alle Lernenden der Ausbildungsumgebung übertragen werden können.

    Abstract
    DISRUPT! beschreibt die Versuche, das menschliche Dasein den Anforderungen einer reduktionistischen künstlichen Intelligenz zu unterwerfen. Der Anpassungsdruck des Menschen an die Maschine wirkt bereits jetzt - weit vor einer vollständigen Vernetzung aller mit allem. Das redaktionskollektiv çapulcu dechiffriert diese - oft unhinterfragte - Entwicklung als Angriff auf unsere Autonomie und analysiert seine endsolidarisierende Wirkung. Denn Technologie ist nie neutral, sondern immanent politisch. Mit Macht vorangetriebene technologische Schübe sind schwer und selten umkehrbar, sobald sie gesellschaftlich erst einmal durchgesetzt sind und der darüber geprägte >Zeitgeist< selbstverstärkend für die notwendige Stabilisierung gesorgt hat. Warten wir, bis sämtliche Erscheinungsformen und Konsequenzen dieses Angriffs auf unsere Sozialität (all-)gegenwärtig geworden sind, haben wir verloren. Es bliebe uns dann nur noch eine Analyse der vermeintlichen >Entwicklung< in Retrospektive. Ein Gegenangriff auf die Praxis und die Ideologie der totalen Erfassung erscheint deshalb zwingend notwendig. Die Autor*innen plädieren für die Wiederbelebung einer praktischen Technologiekritik zwischen Verweigerung und widerständiger Aneignung spezifischer Techniken.

Der Einfluss der Tech-Giganten auf die Ökonomisierung der entlegensten Lebensbereiche nimmt stetig zu, während klassische politische Institutionen an Bedeutung verlieren. Soziale Punktesysteme verlängern mit ihrem permanenten >Rating< und >Scoring< die Reichweite der lenkenden Disziplinierung weit über die direkte Ausbeutung im Arbeitsverhältnis hinaus. Doch mit welchen Methoden und Zukunftsvisionen überformen Unternehmen wie Facebook, Google, Amazon & Co. unsere Kommunikation und unser Denken? Wie verändern sich angesichts einer zunehmend digitalisierten Fremdbestimmung die Bedingungen für Autonomie und soziale Revolte? Und wie lässt sich die beabsichtigte Vereinzelung und Entsolidarisierung bekämpfen? Im Zentrum des Buches steht erneut die Selbstbehauptung, also der vielfältige Widerstand gegen den umfassenden technologischen Angriff unserer Zeit. »Dabei fällen wir nicht«, so die Autor*innen, »das lächerliche Urteil, dass Technologie grundsätzlich >schlecht< ist.
