    7. Ergänzungslieferung der RSWK: Die Revision der grundlegenden Paragrafen 13-15 in der 6. Ergänzungslieferung hat viele weitere Änderungen im Regelwerk nach sich gezogen, die in einer 7. Ergänzungslieferung nachgeführt werden. Das gesamte Regelwerk ist im Sinne der neuen Paragrafen 13-15 zu lesen und anzuwenden. Zukünftig gibt es keine nicht permutierenden Schlagwörter mehr. Die Anlagen 2 und 5 der RSWK entfallen, ebenso zahlreiche Paragrafen, die die Permutation der Schlagwörter in der Schlagwortkette regelten. Um das Gesamtregelwerk benutzbar zu halten, ist eine Veröffentlichung einer 7. Ergänzungslieferung notwendig. Um dies zu erreichen, wurde davon abgesehen, Sachverhalte, die umfangreiche Diskussionen in der Expertengruppe Sacherschließung erfordern würden, in der 7. Ergänzungslieferung unterzubringen. Das betrifft z.B. die komplexen Regeln zur Bildung von mehreren Schlagwortfolgen bei Epochenbegriffen und Sammlungen. Das Regelwerk enthält an diesen Stellen lediglich einen Verweis auf die DNB-Homepage (http:// www.d-nb.de/standardisierung/normdateien/swd_info.htm).
