    Abstract
    Die Universitätsbibliothek der TUHH setzt seit 1996 auf die Softwareunterstützung für Ausleihe und Katalog. Zunächst wurde das integrierte Bibliothekssystem SISIS eingesetzt, 2000 erfolgte der Wechsel auf das Lokale Bibliothekssystem LBS4 von PICA, heute OCLC. Kurz darauf wurde die Erwerbung integriert. Seit Ende der 90er Jahre wird in der Bibliothek Selbstverbuchung angeboten, seit 2011 mit RFID. 2012 wurde der Nutzer-Katalog des LBS4 durch TUBfind, ein Discovery System auf vufind-Basis, abgelöst. Keine Softwarelösung gibt es bisher für die Verwaltung elektronischer Ressourcen mit Ausnahme des Linkresolvers SFX von Exlibris, der seit 2006 eingesetzt wird. Die TUB ist Mitglied im Gemeinsamen Bibliotheksverbund (GBV) und nutzt die zentrale Katalogisierungsdatenbank CBS. Das LBS4 hat in den letzten 15 Jahren kaum funktionale Erweiterungen erfahren. Funktionen für die Verwaltung für Elektronische Ressourcen fehlen genauso wie Standardschnittstellen, z.B. zu LDAP-Directories. Mittelfristig muss das LBS4 im GBV und damit auch an der TUB durch ein anderes Bibliotheksmanagementsystem (BMS) abgelöst werden. Die Verbundzentrale des GBV (VZG) testet daher zusammen mit der FAG Lokale Geschäftsgänge und dem HBZ das noch in der Entwicklung befindliche Kuali OLE, ein Cloud- und Community-basiertes BMS aus den USA. In diesem Bericht werden unsere Projektergebnisse dargestellt, Vergleiche zum LBS4 gezogen und offene Fragen festgehalten.

    Abstract
    Zwischen Jänner 2016 und März 2018 erfolgte in drei Phasen (Conceptual Design, Getting Ready, Implementation) Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Implementierung des neuen Bibliotheksmanagementsystems Alma an 14 Einrichtungen im Österreichischen Bibliothekenverbund (OBV). Eine wichtige Rolle, insbesondere auch als Schnittstelle zu den einzelnen Bibliotheken, kam dabei den Functional Experts zu, die wichtige Teilbereiche des neuen Bibliothekssystems zu betreuen hatten. Insgesamt wurden acht Gruppen, bestehend aus Expertinnen und Experten der beteiligten Bibliotheken eingerichtet: Daten, E-Ressourcen, Entlehnung, Erwerbung, Fernleihe, Katalogisierung, Öffentliche Services, Zeitschriften. Ergänzt wurden diese Gruppen um eine Schulungsgruppe, die sich wiederum aus Mitgliedern der verschiedenen Functional-Experts-Gruppen zusammensetzte und deren Hauptaufgaben in der Erstellung eines Schulungskonzeptes sowie in der Koordination der Functional-Experts-Gruppen lagen. Der Fokus der Gremienarbeit lag auf Webinaren, die wöchentlich oder 14-tägig durchgeführt wurden, und gelegentlichen physischen Treffen an der Österreichischen Bibliothekenverbund- und Service-GmbH (OBVSG). Für den vorliegenden Beitrag wurden die Ansprechpersonen der Functional-Experts-Gruppen und der Schulungsgruppe eingeladen, anhand von vier Fragen ein Resümee über den Implementierungsprozess von Alma im Österreichischen Bibliothekenverbund aus ihrer jeweiligen Perspektive zu ziehen. Aus den Antworten ergibt sich ein vielschichtiges Bild aus Sicht jener Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die eine wichtige Rolle für die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Alma an den einzelnen Bibliotheken innegehabt haben.

    Aktualisierung RAK-WBAnlage 5.2 »Transliteration der griechischen Buchstaben« Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek hat auf ihrer Website die Aktualisierung RAK-WBAnlage 5.2 »Transliteration der griechischen Buchstaben« in elektronischer Form veröffentlicht. Unter www.d-nb.de/standardisierung/p df/rak_wb_anlage_ 5_2.pdf steht diese Aktualisierung kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die DIN 31634 (Information und Dokumentation - Umschrift des griechischen Alphabets) ist im Juni 2009 erschienen und ersetzt die Version aus dem Jahr 1982. Die Norm wurde vom Normenausschuss Bibliotheks- und Dokumentationswesen, Arbeitsausschuss NABD 1 »Transliteration und Transkription«, erarbeitet. Sie schreibt das in ihr festgeschriebene Umschriftsystem, das seinen Ursprung in einer langen wissenschaftlichen Praxis hat, kontinuierlich fort.
