    Abstract
    Durch die Nutzung des Internet wird sich die Erwartungshaltung der Bibliothekskundschaft nachhaltig verändern. Es ist absehbar, dass von den Bibliotheken künftig mehr gefordert wird, als die formale und inhaltliche Erschließung mithilfe tradierter Verfahren und Regelwerke wie RAK, AACR, Klassifikationen, Schlagwortnormdatei oder Fachthesauri.
