Abstract: Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick wie OPAC-Benutzerschulung an verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Bibliotheken in Deutschland betrieben wird. Dafür werden Bibliotheken in Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und dem Saarland befragt. Im wesentlichen sollen vier Methoden der OPAC-Benutzerschulung dargestellt werden: schriftliche Informationen, persönliche Einführung am Gerät, AV-Medien und interaktive Lernprogramme
