Abstract

Die Meinung der Kunden ist ein wichtiger Geschäftsfaktor geworden. Firmen wollen wissen, was Verbraucher von ihrem Produkt oder ihrer Dienstleistung halten. Sie versuchen daher, sich und ihre Produkte schnell an Kundenbedürfnisse anzupassen und die geäußerten Meinungen als Marketinginstrument einzusetzen. Mit der Zunahme der Relevanz der Kundenmeinungen steigt jedoch auch die Anzahl der Manipulationsversuche. Wir haben es hier mit einem gesellschaftlich und ökonomisch erheblichen Problem zu tun. Der Artikel stellt Forschungsansätze für die englische und chinesische Sprache vor und untersucht die Übertragbarkeit auf die deutsche Sprache. Als Ausgangspunkt für diese Untersuchung wird zunächst der Aufbau eines Korpus für gefälschte Bewertungen im deutschsprachigen Amazon-Portal umrissen. Erste Analysen dieses Korpus zeigen, dass die vorgestellten Forschungsansätze zum großen Teil auch auf die deutsche Sprache übertragbar sind.

Abstract

Mit dieser Veröffentlichung legt die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek die autorisierte deutsche Übersetzung des RDA-Regelwerkstextes (alle Kapitel und Anhänge) vor. Die Übersetzung orientiert sich eng am englischen Original. Ziel der Übersetzung ist es, der deutschsprachigen Fachcommunity den Zugang und das Verständnis des neuen Standards zu erleichtern. Dabei sollte sowohl die in früheren Übersetzungen anderer Standards verwendete Terminologie konsequent benutzt als auch der Originaltext möglichst wenig verändert werden. Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek hat es als Vertragspartnerin der RDA-Rechteinhaber erreicht, dass die Übersetzung des Regelwerkstexts für die Dauer von 12 Monaten kostenfrei zugänglich gemacht werden darf. In diesem Zeitraum sollten alle Interessenten die Gelegenheit nutzen, sich mit dem Standard vertraut zu machen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist müssen die Dateien aus dem Webangebot der DNB entfernt werden.

Abstract

Die Kernaufgabe des Instituts für Deutsche Sprache (IDS) ist die Erforschung und Dokumentation der deutschen Sprache. Dazu sammelt und archiviert das IDS einen umfangreichen Bestand an Forschungsprimärdaten in Form von Korpora der geschriebenen und gesprochenen Sprache sowie Sekundärdaten, wie zum Beispiel lexikographische Ressourcen. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über den Datenbestand des IDS und die laufenden Forschungskooperationen im Bereich der Langzeitarchivierung. In diesem Kontext wird das im Aufbau befindliche Langzeitarchiv des IDS mit seiner Architektur,den zugrundeliegenden Prinzipien zur Daten- und Metadatenmodellierung sowie den daraus abgeleiteten Erfassungsprozessen vorgestellt. Der Beitrag schließt ab mit einem Ausblick auf die Herausforderungen und Perspektiven des Forschungsdatenmanagements aus Sicht der germanistischen Linguistik.

Abstract

Mit Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes über die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek (DNBG) am 23. Juni 2006 ist ein neuer Auftrag zu den bisherigen Aufgaben hinzugekommen: Die Sammlung, Erschließung, Archivierung und Bereitstellung von Online-Publikationen. Die Bedingungen, unter denen diese gesammelt werden, und die Einschränkungen, die sich durch automatisierte Sammelverfahren ergeben, werden in der Pflichtablieferungsverordnung - PflAV vom 17. Oktober 2008 konkretisiert.
