Abstract

TEX ist ein Satzsystem (kein Textverarbeitungssystem!), das die Möglichkeit gibt, schnell professionell gesetzte Texte mathematischer Formeln zu erzeugen. Gegenüber der 2. Auflage (BA 6/88) wesentlich überarbeitet. Berücksichtigt werden jetzt die Leistungserweiterungen der neuen Version 3.0, insbesondere bei der Eingabe deutscher Umlaute, bei Möglichkeiten zum Trennen und bei der Beeinflussung des Satzumbruchs. Abstract

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8th European Conference on Research and Advanced Technology for Digital Libraries, ECDL 2004, held in Bath, UK in September 2004.
