- Abstract
- An der Deutschen Bibliothek wurden im Rahmen eines Projektes alle vorhandenen relevanten Fachzeitschriften und Serien nach DK klassifiziert. Hierfür mußten besondere Richtlinien aufgestellt werden. Sie betreffen die Festlegung des intellektuellen Niveaus der Zeitschriften, die Tiefe der Notation, ihre Einheitlichkeit durch Orientierung am Schlagwortregelwerk des DB, die Bevorzugung synthetischer Notationen und allgemeiner Formanhängezahlen, die Erstellung eines Schlagwortregisters mit Verweisung auf die Notationen und die Nutzung fremder Register, z.B. der ETH-Zürich
