    Abstract
    Das Praxishandbuch Wissensmanagement nähert sich sehr umfassend und dennoch auf den Punkt gebracht dem komplexen Thema Wissensmanagement an. Neben einem einführenden Kapitel über die Grundlagen und Rahmenbedingungen des Wissensmanagements erfährt man im zweiten Kapitel, welche Relevanz Wissensmanagement in den einzelnen Managementdisziplinen (z. B. Innovationsmanagement, Personalmanagement, Controlling etc.) hat. Auch der Aspekt des Wissenstransfers (Netzwerke, IKT) und konkret die Implementierung des Wissensmanagements werden behandelt. Allgemein habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Praxishandbuch seinen Titel zu Recht trägt - die Inhalte werden sehr verständlich mit anschaulichen Grafiken bzw. Diagrammen praxisnah vermittelt. Ein weiterer positiver Punkt sind die Executive Summaries am Ende jedes Kapitels, in denen die wichtigsten Inhalte jeweils sehr knapp, aber übersichtlich zusammengefasst werden. Wer sich für das Thema Wissensmanagement interessiert, ist mit dem Praxishandbuch Wissensmanagement sicher gut bedient...
