Abstract: In der Psychologie bündeln das Sondersammelgebiet Psychologie der Saarländischen Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek (SULB) und das Zentrum für Psychologische Information und Dokumentation (ZPID) in einem von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) geförderten Projekt ihre Aktivitäten im Bereich der digitalen Psychologieinformation. Die zentralen Ziele des DFG-Projekts "Digitale Psychologie-Information" sind: - die Entwicklung und Propagierung eines Metadatenstandards für das Fach Psychologie, - die Anpassung des Spiders, Indexers und der Retrievalkomponenten der psychologiespezifischen Suchmaschine PsychSpider an diesen Metadatenstandard, - die Einrichtung eines Volltextservers für elektronische Dokumente aus der Psychologie, PsyDok, - die Integration der Linksammlung PsychLinker (ZPID) und des Fachinformationsführers Psychologie FIPS (SULB), - die Beteiligung der Fachcommunity an der Erschließung hochwertiger Internetressourcen.
