- Abstract
- Dieses Papier diskutiert die allgemeinen Entwicklungen auf dem Gebiet der Wissenskommunikation. Bereits die Betrachtung der informations- und wissensorganisatorischen Techniken lassen einige Folgerungen für den künftig zu erwartenden Wissensaustausch und seine Formalisierung ziehen. Auch wurden künftige Aspekte der Wissensorganisation und -kommunikation im Rahmen von Panels bei der Deutschen ISKO-Konferenz 2006 in Wien und in 2007 auf der IKONE-Konferenz in Bangalore sowie bei der WissKom 2007 in Jülich diskutiert. Hieraus und aus Betrachtungen zu den neuen medialen Techniken werden Folgerungen für zu erwartende und zu empfehlende künftige Entwicklungen gezogen.

- Abstract
- Vom 6.-8. November 2007 hält die Zentralbibliothek des Forschungszentrums Jülich die Tagung WissKom2007 in Jülich ab. Thematisch stellt die Wisskom2007 die Frage nach der Zukunft der wissenschaftlichen Kommunikation: Welche Medien und welche Verhaltensweisen bestimmen die Wissenschaftskommunikation der Zukunft? Wird Wissen über das Internet mit Hilfe von Blogs und Repositorien kommuniziert? Oder wird auch weiterhin der individuelle Kontakt zwischen Wissenschaftlern gesucht, verschlossen für die breite Öffentlichkeit? Wird sich die Wissenschaftslandschaft durch die neuen Medien verändern? Wie wird Wissenschaft in Zukunft qualitativ eingeordnet und bewertet? Fragen zu eScience, Web 2.0, Primärdaten-Management und Wissenschaftsindikatoren, welche auf der WissKom2007 diskutiert werden.

- This paper discusses former and expected general developments in the area of knowledge organization. A distinction should be made between long-term and mid-term developments. In addition to these results, significant past developments and their aspects were discussed at a Vienna discussion panel 2006 and at Bangalore and Juelich panels in 2007. These yield a list of expected or suggested future developments.
