- Describes the Distributed Document Architecture, an example of the feasibility and merits of open distributed hypertext. Discusses the hypertext data model it supports and the associated functionality. Describes how this functionality can be implemented in a distributed environment, presents HyperPress, a prototype application that was developed based on the architecture described, and compares it with related systems
