    Abstract
Discusses the trend among online information providers towars 'dumbing down' their services for users who are looking for an occasional quick answer. Companies which focus their efforts towards maintaining a level of quality high enough to satisfy their serious user or information professional will come out on top in a hypercompetitive market.
