- Reports on the progress of the proposals submitted to the ISO to accept the Australian Standard (AS4390) as a fully international standard for record keeping. Updates the position after the special meeting to TC46 held in London, July 1997. It was agreed that the Draft International Standard should concentrate on the purpose of creating records and the generic process required to get the records. How this could be achieved would be a matter for individual countries or traditions
