- Abstract
- A change of classification system may be necessitated by: social and political reforms, as the old patterns are ideologically adapted: the possibility applying UDC throughout Bulgaria so that the change would be economically and professionally effective. The introduction of a uniform system presupposes uniform qualifications of librarians and the setting up of a working group in the National Library to implement amendments to the classification schedules
